Profile: For the past nineteen years we have lived in Shelburne, Ontario Canada. Before I even walked in the door when we were looking

for a home, I said "this is it!" My husband's first

impression was, 'it is not

brick, it's clapboard - think about all the painting.'

I didn't care, I loved it and it has become our personal sanctuary.

In 2002 we were awarded

from the Ontario Heritage Foundation a Certificate of Achievement in appreciation in heritage conservation to preserve, protect and promote our province's rich heritage.

My love of the 'different'

lead me to finally open www.thehollowcupboard.com where sharing the passion

for primitives has given me great joy and comfort

because I have met some

of the most wonderful people who have now become not only customers, but dear friends.
